Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SmartViner — the SmartViner browser extension, mobile apps, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What SmartViner is

SmartViner is an independent productivity tool that enhances the Amazon Vine reviewer experience. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. “Amazon” and “Amazon Vine” are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. You are responsible for using the Service in a way that complies with Amazon’s own terms, policies, and program rules; SmartViner does not grant you any rights in Amazon’s services and cannot change or override Amazon’s policies.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and an eligible Amazon Vine member to use the core features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account and credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Amazon’s terms or program rules;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service; or
• use the Service to submit reviews that are dishonest or that violate Amazon’s review policies.

You remain solely responsible for the reviews you write and the orders you place. SmartViner helps you browse, decide, and draft, but you make every request and approve every review yourself.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Some features may be offered as paid plans. Where they apply, pricing and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores’ terms, and refunds are handled according to their policies.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party content and your own data), is owned by SmartViner and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including ETV, ratings, or availability shown from Amazon pages) will always be accurate or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartViner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or Amazon Vine standing, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
